Let's make something with Man Candy model- Stefan Pinto

Stefan Pinto loves posting pictures on Facebook. What he's wearing to the museum, the opera, the cinema... and oh, how we love seeing them, too! But what I find most compelling is that he can cook! Ladies, a hot, sexy, smart (yes, he writes!) man that can cook! I'm going to send him an apron, 'cause I hear he does it shirtless!

I contacted Stefan Pinto on Facebook, after seeing his delicious "Cayenne Pepper Cilantro Chicken with Shitake Mushrooms" photo. (click here to see how much his friends loved it (you may have to first send a "Friend Request" which Stefan will accept, 'cause he's such a great guy)

Here's the recipe for
Cayenne Pepper Cilantro Chicken with Shitake Mushrooms by Fat-to-Fit Model (and writer) Stefan Pinto
Recipe (serves 4 people): This dish is meant to be spicy hot.

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 lbs of chicken breast - sliced
• Broccoli (1/2 bag)
• Cilantro (fresh and chopped)
• Cayenne pepper (1 tbsp)
• Shitake mushrooms (1 cup)
• Red or yellow sweet peppers
• Onion (whole and sliced)
• Olive Oil (4 tbsp)
• Salt (2 tea spoons)
How to prepare:Cook chicken on high heat (in a wok or large skillet), saute with olive oil. As soon as chicken is no longer pink, pour in all ingredients, except broccoli. Cook for 3 mins. Pour in broccoli then cook until broccoli is dark green. Remove from fire and serve.

You're Always on my mind...Well, maybe NOT always!

SEX.
Did that grab your attention? You are wondering what the title means on this post? Well, according to a survey conducted by Women's Health magazine; 45% of Men think about others during sex.
What? you say, not MY partner!
Think again. "Guys have a roster of images they use for fantasizing, and they're constantly adding new ones to the mix" said Dr. Scott Haltzman, author of The secrets of Happily Married Women.

Well, I've got news for you doctor. I have an entire vault of images to "Rock my Body" to when needed! I don't think there's a single man or woman out there that hasn't fantasized about someone else, whether flying solo (with B.O.B.) or enjoying the horizontal mambo with a partner.

I say variety is the spice of life. If it stays just that. As long as they are still warming your bed, not someone else's then LET THE FANTISIZING BEGIN!
To be fair, if you had a partner that looks like...well... Gerard Butler when he was filming 300 and was totally ripped, you WOULD be thinking about your partner...But not all of us are quite that lucky and occasionally have to visit a far off fantasy world. My favorite destination being ManCandyland, where all the men of my blog sit patiently awaiting my arrival, I have a season pass!

What's on the Menu?- Monday

I found this fabulous recipe via COOKING LIGHT MAGAZINE. I see in the photo they show white rice, but I don't see it mentioned in the recipe. If you are going to do the rice, do brown whole grain variety; much better for you and you'll get additional fiber in the process.

Fall Vegetable Curry

Embrace Indian flavors by making this vegetarian meal that only takes 30 minutes from start to finish.

Total: 30 minutes
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup curry and 2 tablespoons yogurt)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2  teaspoons  olive oil
  • 1  cup  diced peeled sweet potato
  • 1  cup  small cauliflower florets
  • 1/4  cup  thinly sliced yellow onion
  • 2  teaspoons  Madras curry powder
  • 1/2  cup  organic vegetable broth (such as Swanson)
  • 1/4  teaspoon  salt
  • 1  (15-ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
  • 1  (14.5-ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2  tablespoons  chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2  cup  plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt

Preparation

Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sweet potato to pan; sauté 3 minutes.
Decrease heat to medium. Add cauliflower, onion, and curry powder; cook 1 minute, stirring mixture constantly. Add broth and next 3 ingredients (through tomatoes); bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with cilantro; serve with yogurt.

Wine match: Viognier. Tangent 2008 Paragon Vineyard Viognier (Edna Valley, CA; $17) is your must-try wine here, with notes of gardenia, peach, and apricot. It is full-bodied enough to meet the chickpeas halfway but crisp enough to hold up to the tangy tomatoes and yogurt. --Sara Schneider

The Big "O"

Real vs. Real Fake
Okay, so I read an article in Women's heath and thought I'd share.
According to research done by Univ. of Kansas, 67% of women fake orgasms...Really? Come on girls. The problem with this is that the man who administers this Out of this world, "When Harry met Sally" moment that can be heard for 3 square blocks; he thinks that he's THE MAN. He has the gift to bring you the "O" and ultimate pleasure.
And what is he going to do...(besides share the event with his buddies) he's going to do the same exact thing again and again! Argh... "It worked before?"
So then you have a harder time explaining why you're not all hot and bothered again.
Now if I, Dr. DemonLover if you will, may make a suggestion; Communicate!
Tell your lover what you like, how you like it and where you like it. Yes this goes for m/m, f/f, f/m, m/f/m....LOL, or what ever group you belong to.
If you are close enough to be NAKED and doing the DEED, then you better damn well be able to talk to your intamate other.

Now, if you fall into the catorgory of: "I don't know what I want?" or "I've never had an "O"!...(WTF??) then sister (or brother), it's time to make a date,
WITH YOURSELF!
A little alone time is what you need, a trip to the "Lotions & Lace" store, sexy lingerie, music, wine...any of these things can help set the mood.
Have a night alone and focus everything about you. YES I'm serious...If YOU know what you like and WANT, then you can communicate that to your partner.
It will save time, frustration and disappointment.
Even for us married gals, a trip to the "toy store" might just add that extra spice to a currently bland Sex Soup.
Think your partner will mind? When in the history of man kind did a man/woman refuse this line...
"Honey, I bought some new toys and lube, Wanna try them out?"

Case in point, if your sex life is perfect...write a "how to" book.
If you are a normal hot-blooded male or female, make everrything you can out of what you've got! "Kick it up a notch" as Emeril would say.... Just don't yell "BAM!" during...LOL

And please don't fake it...
The big "O" will make you happy, your partner happy for giving you so must pleasure and make the world a better place all together!

Be safe!
