The Man With The Plan: I know alot of you are starting your diet and training regimen today or maybe its already begun. Unfortunately many of you out there will not succeed. Yes you may lose a few pounds of water in the beginning but after the 4th or 5th week your fire will burn out and so will you. The truth... is come valentines day you will eating chocolates and then hating yourself afterwards.
